Course Contents

Molecular Biological Methods includes the basic principles and methods of molecular biology. In this context laboratory safety rules are handled, the equipments in the lab are introduced, solution preparation is reviewed and the basic methods used in the molecular biology lab such as separation, purification and analyses of DNA, RNA and proteins are explained. Additionally biotechnological issues are discussed.
