The Concept of Human (Basic Human Needs, Development Theories), Behavioral Properties (Passive, Aggressive, Manipulative, Enterprise Behavior, Enterprise Behavior Development Techniques, Personality Structure and Concepts (Self Concept, Self-Esteem, Identity Concept and Self-Recognition), Communication Concept and Elements, Types of Communication, Body Language, Conflict in Communication, Patient Therapeutic Communication and Empathy, and Stress and Crisis Management, Communication with Special Patient Groups (Anger, Anxiety Living Patient, Communication with Child and Elderly Patient).
