Bu ders enfeksiyon etkenleri, enfeksiyon oluşumu, enfeksiyon kontrolü ve korunma önlemleri, bağışıklama, solunum-sindirim-cinsel-deri, mukoza-kan yoluyla bulaşan enfeksiyonlar ve hemşirelik bakımı, hastane enfeksiyonları ve korunma önlemleri konularını içermektedir.
