Course Contents

History ; importance of nutrition, nutritios related definitions. Nutritional (problems in the word and Turkey, nutritional (deficiacy diseases and distribution. Metabolism, Essential nutrients. Carbohydrate, lipit, protein, vitamin, mineral and water. The importance of nutrents in the diet, Energy Metabolism, Energy Expenditure, Project Presentations. Chemical structure of carbohydrate, protein and lipit, charactenstics of nutrients, classification of nutrients, functions, sources, recommmendet daily intale, excessive intale status.
