Objectives of the Course
It aims to teach approach to transcultural nursing care by providing recognition of cultural properties and cultural changes of society that the student’s lived and primarily women, newborns and children, protection of family and community health and development as a secondary stressing the importance of transcultural nursing care.

Students will be able to comprehend intercultural nursing models and provide nursing care according to different cultural groups in global health care system, analyze the effect of culture on health and disease, explain the effect of culture on communication process, explain and practice intercultural nursing models.
