Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide the students with the knowledge of the historical process of nutrition and dietetics, and to teach the necessary regulations and responsibilities during education; To learn the activities of national and international associations as well as to learn about nutrition and dietetics education in different countries; Learns scientific data sources and gains the ability to reach them; it also covers the basic knowledge of professional ethics and deontology.
