Objectives of the Course

The main aim of the course is to ensure that nursing high school students have knowledge about the structure, localization, neighborhoods and functions of the tissues and organs that make up the human body. the secondary aim is to improve the ability of students to use the information they learn in the course of human anatomy as a basis for special subject courses in nursing and to use this information during the care services of various diseases.In this context, Anatomy I course provides general anatomical terminology, body parts, movement system, circulation system and knowledge about respiratory system.

1 Know basic anatomical terminology, roots, prefixes and suffixes.
2 Know structure, localization, neighborhoods and functions of tissues and organs forming human body
3 Knows the relationship between the systems that make up the human body.
4 Anatomy and nursing establishes links between private branch courses and care services for various diseases and uses the information they receive in these areas.
5 Know the spelling, the reading and the meaning of medical terms and use this terminology in the records about nursing practices.
