Objectives of the Course

It is an introductory exercise course, which is included in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation programs and is the most important step of rehabilitation. Within the scope of this course, the therapeutic movements and principles to be seen and the parameters such as choosing the right exercise for the diseases to be encountered in the future, its intensity, and the number of repetitions will be examined.
