Introduction to biophysics, basic concepts, biological internal environment.Chemical bonds, molecular hierarchyBiophysical properties of water as living environmentpH and buffer systems, regulation of pH at organism level, biomolecules in biological internal environment Structure functions of biomolecules. 4 Proteins, relation of structure and function in the example of hemoglobin. Changes on structure of hemoglobin that disturb function.
