Objectives of the Course
Basic concepts, theories and principles of management, management and organization of health services, financial and administrative support services in health institutions, healthcare team, problem solving and decision making, patient and employee safety, change management, concepts and theories about leadership, human resources management To increase efficiency and quality in nursing services by examining job analysis and job descriptions, performance appraisal, and nursing legislation, to provide the most appropriate nursing service to the current conditions, to gain the knowledge, skills and attitude required to become a manager.
