Objectives of the Course

Nowadays, competition is very strong thus, healthcare enterprises should be able to produce high quality services and at the lowest cost possible to sustain their presence. Effective and efficient usage of resources can be achieved with good management in health businesses. This course aims to inform the employees -that will work in a variety of levels in healthcare businesses- about; business types, business organization, business functions, functions of the management process, modern management techniques. They will achieve the knowledge and skills to enable them to transfer into their jobs as decision makers and executives.
